# About us the method behind the projects

You work with senior professionals, the same ones you talk to. No salesperson in between: your questions go straight to whoever writes the code.

Since 2022 we have worked with companies **to build** an innovative future, aiming at success that moves the business for real.

For us *there are no clients*, only partners: we work side by side, as equals, because lasting success comes from **mutual trust and collaboration**.

Together, every challenge turns into a concrete **opportunity** to grow.

### Where we are going

Building software companies can keep: theirs, on standard technologies, maintainable by somebody else. It costs us a recurring revenue and leaves us the work.

### What we do

Five service lines, from design to release and on to AI inside the processes. A founder with more than twenty years in the trade and senior colleagues with ten or more: no project is handed to somebody learning on it.

### How we work

Short milestones you can check, code that becomes yours at every paid one, and the freedom to say when a request costs more than it returns. That is part of what partner means.

## What "Volcanic Minds" means

The name reflects an overwhelming **passion** for technology, fueled by creative and **innovative** minds, to help companies **grow** and reach new goals.

What we want is to bring strength, energy and quality to the world of **digital tailoring**.

**Transparency** is easy to declare and uncomfortable to practise, which is why our playbook is public. It holds how we work, how decisions get made and what we expect from the people who work with us.
