The **Design Strategy** service is a plan to bridge the gap between a company's business goals and the needs and desires of its users.

4. **Always looking ahead** — Our commitment does not end when the project is delivered. We stay alongside the client to face new challenges, analyze valuable feedback and improve products with continuous evolution in mind.

### How do you measure the success and the ROI of a project?

The absence of bugs is often seen as the best possible ROI, but is that really the case?

We do not measure success only by "the software works", but by the value it brings to your business. We define together the initial KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) you want to reach: process automation, fewer errors, time saved, better performance or scalability.

Our goal is to turn technology spend into a high-yield investment (ROI).

### What happens if the requirements change?

**A change request is opened: we assess the impact together and you decide.**

Change is part of every real project. For every new need we estimate the effect on timing and cost, and together you decide whether to bring it in straight away, reprioritize it or postpone it. If the change stays inside the agreed scope the cost does not change; if it goes beyond it, you know before deciding.
