# AI Orchestration

We turn intelligence into action with advanced orchestration systems.

## Our approach

*From assistant to business asset*

Many companies have introduced AI as a tool for individual support. We take the next step. We treat AI as a tangible business asset, able to integrate deeply into operational flows.

We do not give you a chat, we give you a digital workforce able to make rules-based decisions, interact with your legacy systems and solve problems on its own.

## How we work

*The agentic process*

1. **Designing autonomous flows** — We analyze your processes to identify where autonomy can generate the greatest impact, designing workflows that reduce bottlenecks.
2. **Orchestration and integration** — We develop engines that let AI Agents talk to databases, APIs and management systems, turning AI into an active component.
3. **Golden Source development** — We use our proven and accessible architecture (OSS) to guarantee scalable, secure and production-ready systems.
4. **Governance and transparency** — We implement monitoring systems to make sure every agent action is traceable, secure and aligned with business objectives.
5. **Evolution and support** — Once in production, we constantly optimize the performance and the accuracy of the agents against real data. We run accuracy metrics and analyses.

## The questions that come up during evaluation.

*Questions*

### Why should I integrate AI workflows and agents?

There is a strong hype component, but it is worth equipping yourself in good time with processes and tools that use AI as an "element" of your business, instead of chasing the perfect "demo" or the miracle chatbot.

From our experience, one of the winning uses of complex agentic systems and of the different workflows is when you manage to join legacy products (ERP, MES, MRP, APS, CRM, ..) with the potential AI makes available, lifting and maximizing human work.

The Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) concept is fundamental for companies that want a real return (ROI), not just something to post on social.

### Is our company data safe, or is it used by AI models?

It is a fundamental question, and the first one a structured company should ask itself. On the market, providers offer very different levels of security.

A good technology partner does not simply propose the best known solution, but designs or uses architectures that guarantee maximum control over information, in full compliance with regulations (GDPR or SOC 2).

Beyond selecting the right Enterprise Cloud services (which contractually guarantee they will not use your data to train public models), we will proactively tell you when it could be strategically safer or cheaper to avoid external providers in favor of an internal, private AI infrastructure (On-Premise).

Both paths have advantages and disadvantages, and there are specific moments and contexts where it makes sense to study and apply one or the other. Our job, right from the analysis phase, is to give you clear information so you can build a precise provisioning plan, weighing implementation costs alongside the highest security requirements for your data.

### How do you guarantee reliability if AI runs a critical process?

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and creative by nature when it generates an answer or picks the function or tool to use. Business processes, on the other hand, need determinism and precision. We never connect an LLM straight to a database hoping it does the right thing, however fascinating it is to watch them work on a DB.

We build agentic systems equipped with Guardrails (safety fences) and strict validation systems: the agent is forced to reason along inflexible data schemas. If the output does not respect the rules the software imposes, the system does not proceed.

On top of that, for high-risk processes or database write operations, we implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) flows, where the AI prepares, analyzes and proposes the work but the final execution always requires human approval (the classic "click") on the platform.

### How do you keep AI software from going obsolete straight away?

In line with our No Vendor Lock-in policy, we develop agnostic architectures.

The AI landscape changes every month, which is why we never tie the business logic of your company software to a single vendor (such as OpenAI, Google or Anthropic): we build abstraction layers instead, and artificial intelligence is treated as a "plug-and-play" module.

If a better or cheaper model comes out tomorrow, we can replace the AI engine by changing precise, localized parts, without rewriting the code of your management system or interrupting your workflows and, above all, without taking the project back to an unreliable state.
